Ice coffee frappe
Ingredients:
4 spoons of coffee
4 spoons of sugar
4 dl of cold milk
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
50 g baking chocolate
1 vanilla whipped cream
Preparation:
Prepare 4 deep glasses. Put a spoon of coffee and a spoon of sugar in each glass, pour some water and blend it with a coffee blender in order to get a foamy mass. Melt the baking chocolate on steam and pour it on the wall of the glass. On top of the foam place a scoop of ice cream, and then strongly spurt cold milk.
Prepare the vanilla whipped cream, and put a spoon of whipped cream on the coffee.
